Welcome! I'm Alli Sparacia, Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Practice Women's Health and Physical Therapy.
I enjoy helping people realize they are stronger than they think and can do more than they know. I love helping women stay strong through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond and reclaiming their identity starting with a strong body and mind. I love science, sharing research, and staying up to date on modern clinical practices.
I treat women throughout the lifespan as well as any adult with an orthopedic problem. I also offer wellness visits for those who are not injured or in pain, but looking to improve their fitness and maintain their health.
Practice Women's Health and Physical Therapy is a concierge level, cash-based PT practice. I offer 1:1 personalized and holistic care. I currently see patients online. For a list of my services, click here.

I am an out-of-network provider. That means I do not bill your insurance directly. My clients pay up front, but on request I can provide you with a superbill that may get reimbursed if you have out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance if you aren't sure! If you have an HSA or FSA card, I do accept those. Wellness services are typically not covered by insurance. Most of our patients carry great insurance, but are going out of network to find a different level of care.
You can expect my full attention and time to listen to your concerns and goals. In physical therapy, there is sometimes a period of letting things calm down before building them back up. But my goal is to keep you participating in your activity and/or sport as much as possible. I will treat you as a whole person, not just a body part. I will help you continually reassess to ensure we are on track to meet your goals. I will provide you with all the education and resources I can!
You do NOT need childcare for this appointment, unless you choose to have it. It's totally up to you and I'm happy to work around what works best for you.
Initial evaluations are 60 minutes and follow-up visits are 45-60 minutes.
You will need a computer or phone with reliable internet connection and room to move around and exercise. Bonus if you have resistance bands, weights, yoga mat and block, but this is not required.
I can often arrange additional availability upon request. If you don't see an appointment that fits your schedule, contact me so we can find a time that works for you!
I currently offer virtual visits for $220. I do offer a package at a discounted rate to existing clients who have already had an initial evaluation. I accept FSA/HSA cards! Please contact me if you have questions.
I am Raleigh, NC-based. I can see anyone in North Carolina for PT, and anyone in the US for wellness/coaching.
Yes! While some patients will benefit more than others from in-person care, there is so much education and instruction that can be provided virtually. Some patients prefer the convenience of virtual care. Others do not want an internal exam. If we think you would be better off seeking care in a clinic, we will communicate that with you up front. If you aren't sure, please reach out to schedule a free consultation.
