Welcome! I'm Alli Sparacia, Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Practice Women's Health and Physical Therapy.
I enjoy helping people realize they are stronger than they think and can do more than they know. I love helping women stay strong through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond and reclaiming their identity starting with a strong body and mind. I love science, sharing research, and staying up to date on modern clinical practices.
I treat women throughout the lifespan as well as any adult with an orthopedic problem. I also offer wellness visits for those who are not injured or in pain, but looking to improve their fitness and maintain their health.
Practice Women's Health and Physical Therapy is a concierge level, cash-based PT practice. I offer 1:1 personalized and holistic care. I see clients in their home or online. For a list of my services, click here.

I am an out-of-network provider. That means I do not bill your insurance directly. My clients pay up front, but on request I can provide you with a superbill that may get reimbursed if you have out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance if you aren't sure! If you have an HSA or FSA card, I do accept those. Wellness services are typically not covered by insurance.
In a traditional in-network PT clinic, you may see a different PT every visit and may work with assistants and even clinic techs. Rarely will you spend more than a few minutes with a doctor of physical therapy (DPT). Due to insurance requirements, your PT will be spending part of your visit time filling out paperwork and justifying your care for insurance coverage. You may be seen twice weekly for 12 weeks or more. If you have a co-pay or high deductible, that can add up quickly. I have seen patients pay $300-400 PER VISIT at in-network clinics. At Practice Women's Health and PT, you will only ever see me, for the full hour, each visit. I will focus on you and your goals. Because of this, I typically see clients once per week or less, and I usually see them for far fewer visits than they would be seen in a traditional clinic. Because all of your time is spent with a DPT, you have the potential to get better faster, saving you time and money. Most of my patients have great insurance, but are going out-of-network to find better quality care.
You can expect my full attention and time to listen to all of your concerns and goals. In physical therapy, there is sometimes a period of letting things calm down before building them back up. But my goal is to keep you participating in your activity and/or sport as much as possible. I will treat you as a whole person, not just a body part. I will constantly help you reassess to ensure we are on track to meeting your goals, and hopefully we will learn a lot and have some fun along the way!
I do online telehealth visits by appointment, and can often arrange additional availability on request. If you don't seean appointment that fits your schedule, contact me so we can find a time that works for you!
Evaluations and individual visits are $220. I offer packages of 5 visits for $180 each, a common pregnancy and postpartum option. I take FSA/HSA cards and can create a payment plan upon request! Please contact me if you have questions.
